Real Estate Administrative Assistant
The Dan Gemus Real Estate Team Ltd., Brokerage is growing again and seeking to add an energetic and committed real estate assistant to the team. This position is based in our Amherstburg office and will be the first point of contact in the office and responsible for assisting the team with day to day sales support and operations. Duties:
- Support management and sales representatives with administrative and sales related tasks;
- That support includes, but is not limited to, preparing all listing and buyer packages, typing agreements of purchase & sale, processing listing documentation, inbound/outbound phone calls/emails, market research, organizing paperwork, general office correspondence. Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job.
We are looking for someone who has enthusiasm for real estate and skilled at building strong, collaborative relationships.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment as well as a strong ability to work well independently.
- A professional, motivated, self-starter who is organized, enjoys multi-tasking as has above average problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a performance, fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude with clients and the public.
