We have a packed studio this week. Dan is joined in the studio by Sales Representatives Shawn LeBlanc and Courtney Bondy plus Andrew Paper, our Marketing and Media Manager with the team.

We have lots going on in the media department at The Dan Gemus Real Estate Team. We’ve just moved to our very own studio space above our office. This studio space is going to be home to some amazing stuff! Watch this space!

CMHC have recently changed some of the rules and RBC Mortgage Specialist Stephen Wilson joins us on the phone to break these changes down.

We’re also hiring. Now we have this awesome space to work from we need to fill it with talent. We’re on the look out for a Media and Marketing Co-ordinator to help us produce awesome content!

Sean Hart, founder of WEEVA (Windsor-Essex electric Vehicle Association) joins us in the studio to introduce us to electric cars. We’re seeing more and more of them on the road and Dan and Sue both own electric vehicles. Sean runs down the benefits and also debunks some of the myths surround them.
