– Real Estate Sales are up 24.55% over January 2014.

– The average home price in Windsor Essex was $173,528

– We saw 279 homes sold vs 224 in January 2014.

– LaSalle saw the most sales for the county followed by Amherstburg and Lakeshore.

– In Windsor, East Windsor was at the top with Central/Downtown Windsor and South Windsor not far behind.
